I have used your solution for this same issue and it works. Thank you for the help. However, it seems to be such a kludge workaround (to have to move back to the previous row, perform validation and move back or stay on row if validation fails) for something that IMHO should be a standard feature of a grid. It would be realy great if beforerowcolchange could tell you before "row" change so that validation could be done. If I had but one wish for future versions, this would be a good candidate.
Just my rant for the day. Anyway, thanks for sharing your expertise with all of us at UT. I have gained much from this forum in the short time that I have been here and have become a much better programmer for it.
