It has always been NT. The only thing that has changed is the fact that I upgraded my VFP to 3.0b, but my app (the working one) has been recompiled since then and is working fine. I also tried it from another NT station (even had a different hardware platform) here that just has 3.0 on it, and got the same problem.

I can't find any clues in the KB.
