Stephen,

What I have done is to get the total recordcount of the file and as I print each detail line, I look at the current record to determine which record I am on in relation to the total records in the record set. If current record number is equal to the record count, I know I am on the last record of the file.

HTH,

Bill

>Does anyone no if Crystal Reports 8.0 has any kind of function that will help me determine if I am on the last record of a table like VFP's EOF(). I am creating a report and using a group band, in the group band I am checking the option for new page after to page break after change in group which works fine but when I get to the last record it does a new page after and prints a blank page just with the prior records title band. I was looking to put a formula in the new page after option to determine if I was on the last record then supress the new page after.

You're only as good as your last
success, so . . .If it works. . .don't fix it!
