CONFIG.NT, normally found in the SYSTEM32 directory of the Win2K Windows installation. Rather than altering the system-wide CONFIG.NT, you'd be better off creating a custom CONFIG.NT for the specific app, pointed to by its PIF file (right click on the executable, select Properties, and then adjust the PIF as desired.)
