Gino,
Your reports are saving the layout for the printer they were developed on, so maybe that is part of the problem..
I would suggest, that you open each report as a table, and in the first record, the tag and tag2 fields need to be cleared out...
Next off, try using a HP 4 driver, until HP comes out with a newer driver..
