The application uses ODBC to read tables from an AS400. The AS400 is accessed using paramaterized remote views. The user enters the parameters which are a date range and a customer number. The application does have to do some processing after it reads the as400 data. Then it calls Excel objects and loads the data into a new spreadsheet created in a subdirectory that the user has designated. All the code in the project is in objects including the user forms to launch the programs.
