I'm going to 'chew on this code' and see if I can make it fit. As I had said to Armin earlier, I was hoping for something a bit more transparent, but that looks like it's not possible with VFP at this time. Your approach looks promising, though I'm not sure (I've only glanced at it) if it can handle the case of 3 controls in a row all expanding and contracting. I'll probably play with it over the weekend as it's become a low priority again. (Maybe I can sneak in a bit of time before then)
