I really miss those publications!
It seems to me there is no independent/comparitive type publications around anymore. They are either in the MS camp or the Java camp or Linux camp.
I used to love reading about all the competing products, and what facilities they used to provide.
When was the last time you saw an article comparing a variety of 4GLs?
(Magic vs WinDev vs VFP vs PowerBuilder e.g.)
