My client is in the process of migrating from Win98 to XP Pro. On installing a VFP7 application using Installshield ( under my administrators login ) my users are unable to run the app, or see the shortcuts to it, double clicking the exe from explorer spawns the message "Unable to locate the Foxpro Runtime", this is despite making all users administrators ( this is a very small outfit in terms of users ), is this an InstallShield problem ?, If I copy a shortcut ( created for me ) onto the users desktop, on clicking it, it spawns the message "Invalid Parameter". What I would like to do is, install all required apps on the users machine logged in as myself, and have the users inherit them ; any ideas?
