There is NetShield installed on the Citrix system. I don't understand why there would be a huge difference between a shared and an exclusive file. Any idea on that one?

Here's another interesting twist....if you minimize VFP and move focus off of the Citrix window, the query will run closer to local run times (about 3x slower as opposed to 100x slower).

We have some of our technical guys working on these issues but they are not at all familiar with VFP and the issues do seem related to the VFP applications.
