Here''s what I found.

If Tasks window is open, running Do main in the command window every time switches focus to that window instead of running the program. DO main.prg or DO main.fxp on other hand runs the program as it should be. It's definitly a bug.
You're right about xsource, the name of the main program in the tasklis project is main.
