M. Bazian's book was the first one I bought when I found that I needed to start learning the language. I can only find MS's programming guide in boxed sets with the other VS languges and I already have VC++ and VB guides, I don't need to spend that change again. I like a dead tree in my hands more than a flickering screen. Old fashioned that way.
