We have software that communicates with hardware through(Rs232) MScomm.-object.
For performance we have to split the communication-part from the configuration-part.(the Pc is polling the hardware with a timer).

Is it possible the get these two parts in one application (exe).
The two parts have no influence on the performance of the other part.

what I mean is : One application handles the communication and the interface without causing a delay in the user-actions(interface).
