I do not know if this is a known problem, or I am doing something wrong, but
if you place a rectangle that extends from the page header to the page footer, in a multi page report the rectangle is not correctly sized. The rectangle appears the same size on all pages, and is very "short", that is, it does not reach the bottom of the page, leaving text from the detail band out.


If there are vertical dividing lines across the rectangle, the lines show the same behavior
