If you have a web browser on your system you shuold just be able to double click the welcome.htm file and go from there. Shelexec is just going to launch your default app to handle .htm files which is usually IE or Netscape.

David,
You are right, it is basically just a set of HTML pages.
The problem is, that without "AUTORUN" (my understanding, it is smthg that runs on PC with CD-ROM when I put CD in CD-ROM ?) applications (IE, Notepad, Windows Explorer, File Manager can not open those HTML files or folders.
When I click on HTML file, IE launches, but it failes to open file.
Thanks.
Oleg
