Sure,

You can create custom, composite and templated controls for webforms. Check out "Authoring custom controls" in the quickstart tutoral. Creating custom controls "rocks" (IMHO).

BTW, there is a .Net framework forum setup for .NET questions. I believe this forum is for classic ASP posts.
