There's probably a way - you may want to ask Anatoliy Mogylevets who put up that site (http://www.news2news.com/vfp/?group=92&=0). I prefer transfering files with HTTP since it's under more programatic control and is more secure from hackers. I was able to create a progress bar to use with that(sending files to the server).
