Hmmm. If the first way didn't work, I doubt the second way will. But, it's pretty easy to try if you have a W2K box. Just go into COM+ Services and set up a new package. Then add your dll as a component on that package. Once that is done, just export the package as a proxy. That will create an install executable that you need to install on the machine that will be trying to use the component (be sure to unregister the dll on that machine if you have installed it previously). Then try the test again. If none of this works, then the only other thing I can think of to do is to convert it to a web service that your Fox program can call. Here are a few references:
