Are you going to be printing hundreds of these at a time?

If you drop a box onto a form VFP is going to send the page as a bitmap which is going to be 1 mb per page at 300dpi, 4mb at 600dpi. This volume of data runs a real risk of filling the disk that hosts the printer spool. You'll need to build in printing delays to keep this from happening.

An app that I had did this and I had to resort to handcoding the the output using HP-PCL commands. A page dropped to about 8kb.
