Sorry, I can not help further. Try to provide as much info, as you can about this scenario.

All I'm saying, that this version worked fine in my tests. I use Outlook Express at home as e-mail client (yes, another security hole!) and all I did was:
1) Download file
2) Read doc
3) Run sample
4) Run sample1, which is for my own report.

That's all, because I haven't yet incorporated this class in my applications...
