Rob and Christof,

I have been a happy customer of Visual Object Modelers for several months, and I have found them to be very strong in their customer support, and along with Markus Egger, very responsive in support of their product. They have created a valuable tool, and the only tool for the VFP community which offers foward and reverse engineering.

I also regularly read Christof's articles and posts, and though I have never met him in person, I find him to be an extremely valuable member of the VFP community, incredibly knowledgable, and an incredible help.

Based on my observations of and what I've heard about Christof over the years, I'd suspect that he may have had some reason to complain. Based on my experiences so far with Visual Object Modelers, I would not expect them to act maliciously. I've never met either of you in person, so it is hard for me to judge, but I think that it may make sense to take this off-line for a while, have the two of you discuss it over the phone or via email, and then report back on what you've discovered.

I hate to see bad things said about either of you, since you've both been a help to me in the past.
