I like the part about Uplevel and Downlevel browsers. Bullet 3 states that to be considered an Uplevel browser it must support "The Microsoft Document Object Model (MSDOM)". By that definition only IE is considered an uplevel browser. Gesh, I guess standards just went out the window :0
