You can use a grid with an editbox in column 2. You can control the formatting so that it looks like a listbox. If your listbox is multiselect then you have some significant code to write to support click/shiftclick selections. Personally I use a checkbox in column 1 if the user can select more than one row. It's possible that some of the grids in the files section here support multiselect features.
