If you're working with the tables (instead of views) set key is one of the best ways to filter. The grid is not Rushmore friendly. Colin is now using SET KEY. Look back through this thread for more info.

Some of the forms have multiple grids, the grids displaying different data sets, each is table is related to another table. Assuming we need to place a filter on the parent table (300K + records), how can we increase the performance there? Any ideas.
