Hey there! It's great to be back. Spent much of the week working on cleaning
up my email and moving into my new apartment. <g> Before I get into the list
of things that happened this week, let me publicly thank Seth for handling a
lot of the stuff for me.

1. This week I began work on internal infrastructure. Now that we've
begun standardizing things like chats and newsgroup blasts, I want to get
these so that they run on their own, freeing up time to focus on other
things.

2. I'm starting to focus on creating a VB developer group owned
community site - a place that provides a launching pad to all the great 3rd
party VB communities, white papers, products, etc. that are out there.

3. Got a lot of great feedback from folks on feature questions about VB
that I posted on the Microsoft public newsgroups. Next time I plan on
posting questions in even more places.

Thanks to those of you who've sent kind words about these status reports.
And just a reminder - the VB team will have a live chat every Tuesday
(barring unforeseen eventualities, natch! <g>)
