The expression for the DynamicForeColor should be something like this:

"iif(nAmount<0, 255, 16711680)"

The numbers are the results of rgb(255,0,0) and rgb(0,0,255), but you may also try 63 and 4128705, as they would be somewhat darker red and blue.
