Hi!

Two years ago I built small POS application for a local store in VFP 6. Everything was fine while it was running on a stand-alone machine under Win.98. But, recently they added second machine running under same OS and made a small network out of it and my nightmares began. I installed .exe and runtime on the new machine but left database on the first machine so it servers as a file server ( except for 2 small dbfs that are local & user specific). Big problem with this new machine is that the application freezes on it every now and then. No error messages (and I’ve used ON ERROR), no conflicts of any kind ( using SET REPROCESS TO 2 SECONDS ), it just brings machine to a halt at arbitrary intervals.

Anyone had similar problem? I would very much appreciate your advice on this one!
