on a new project I created, I got 'cannot locate atls.lib' so I thought I had a setting wrong somewhere.

Then I went back to look on other projects that I know compiled correctly, but they, too, are now getting 'cannot locate atls.lib'

I looked on my system, and I do not have atls.lib.

Can any shed light on this?
