Here's the list of the dll's you have to copy to a user PC for a minimal install

The VFP 7 runtimes can be copied into application or the system directory
- VFP7r.dll ( register with regsvr32 )
- VFP7renu.dll (English resource file)
- VFP7t.dll ( MTDLL support )

The the VC++7 runtime (MSVCR70.DLL) is better to copy into the system directory.

If you're using one of the localized resource files (VFP7Rxxx.dll), include it also.
