As a test I have some of the files selected as "File" and others pointed to via the Skip For using .F. PICTURE "c:\my directory\my_file.bmp". Both examples show up in preview and when running the app via the Mail.prg but none of them show up when running the .exe.

I went ahead and gave that a try. Just to be sure I put one copy in the main directory where the exe was and also created a \graphics sub-directory underneath the exe's directory to match the original location and put another copy there. Still no luck.

Can I assume that this is not happening with others?
