XpressSideBar uses embedded ImageList objects, not external ActiveX controls. LargeImageList and SmallImageList properties are the names of ImageLists inside the XpressSideBar. In VB and other development tools you can add and edit ImageLists by right-clicking on control and selecting "Images", but this doesn't work in VFP IDE.
A similar ActiveX control is ButtonBar shipped with Janus GridEX 2000. A special version of this control for Access97/2000 should work with VFP. But this control built using VB and will require VB6.0 runtime files.
