I'd like get some info about windows NT 4.0

Here are my questions:

Can I unenable the CD-roms, floppy-drives, printers from the userts in a lan
Where the OS of the Pcs is w98 and the server is NT 4.0? is thre any other
way to achieve the same but without removing the devices or without
windows NT?

Can I Add a MAC (OsX 10) to a Lan where all the Pcs are w98 and
the serveris windows NT 4.0? In case I can, do the Pcs interact with the
Mac as it were another pc and viceversa? is there another way to do this?

What is the current price of windows NT 4 with a license for 15 Pcs in
America?
