this is the same error reported in Thread #584882, but now I can reproduce it at will.

I have a free table named paso, a (somewhat large) report, and a small exe. The source of the exe is:

USE paso
titulo = "HELLO"
MODIFY REPORT agh
CLOSE DATABASES all

Now if run the exe, hit "preview" and close the preview several times (say 5) and afterwards doble-click on any control expression, I get an instant C5.

Tested to work (that is, fail!) on W2000 SP2, NT4 SP5 and Windows ME.

Runing the exe with vfp6 runtime (-DVFP6R.dll) does NOT generate the C5 on either of these machines. Tested without anti virus or any other open app.

I would post the project, report and table, dont know if that is possible. Or I can email them to any interested.
