I don't know how what Alan wrote can be interpreted as FUD, FUD being "Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt".

He simply reported an observation - a fact. There's no uncertainty in facts. There's no doubt in facts. There might be some fear generated BY THE FACT. Are we better off to ignore warning signs and proceed along our merry way??? When my car's fuel guage sits at empty, I go get some gas, I don't tell it to stop scaring me.

Anyone reporting facts that are not positive is accused of whining or spreading FUD. To me that's a good sign that there is trouble in paradise.
