At the Microsoft MSDN road show for .NET held in Leeds, here in the UK, Foxpro did get a mention , along with a sarcastic cheer from me and my fellow Foxpro developing colleges.

This was during the 'history of programming' bit, it was mentioned that the access jet engine had played a large part when MS was developing ADO, OLE DB etc, and that the new features that had been introduced , the foxpro community had had for years, and this development would have been very different without the Rushmore technology acquired from Foxpro inc.
