COM Interop with ASP.NET is a whole lot different than with ASP and a lot slower so if your primary interest is in the VFP objects accessed you're probably better off using classic ASP then ASP.NET for COM interop.

The compatibitly layer David mentions has serious performance issues on the entiry ASP.NET runtime.
