Rather than zapping, what I usually do is rename the FoxUser (and it's memo file) or move it to my Temp subdirectory. Then if that wasn't the source of the problem I still have all the settings that it contains.

If there is no FoxUser at all and you have SET RESOURCE ON, Fox will recreate the table. If you have an empty table structure, Fox will fill it next time you open a file.
