We have an Error Routine that Keeps track of all Errors cause by our programs. It has been working fine for Months. For some reason when we get an error now, VFP locks up so hard, we have to ctrl+ALT+DEL out to end the task.

I assume that your On Error routine logs errors into the some kind of log table. Maybe that table is corrupted?
