Nadya,
To import/export VFP tables with Access2000/XP you should select "ODBC databases" as a file type. If it possible for you to import Access databases to DBC using VFP, then take a look on DBImport utility in file #
10002.
>At home I have office 2000, so I wanted to try. At first I wanted to import a table from VFP into Access. First of all, it didn't give me much choices for exporting. In Access 97, which we have at work, there is a Microsoft Foxpro 3.0 choice. At home I have only DBase files. Anyway, I've created a DSN and was trying to import a table, which is part of DBC, but I choose export as a free table. Here is the error message, I got (after looking it at Help):
>
>Reserved error - ; there is no message for this error. (Error 3000)
>An unexpected error occurred. The specified code identifies the conditions under which this error can occur. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services for more information.>

>Well, what should I do now? :)
