Yes, I read your post from the previous message. I found them very helpful.
But I like to try other ways also like wwIPstuff to send it without the requirement of e-mail client. I need to write an VFP application to check for a
certain error condition using timer control, and if the error condition is true,
the program will need to send an alert e-mail to my celluar phone.
I am trying to determine which method I should use to send that e-mail.
Should I use mapi-based or smtp-based methods? Should I rely on the Lotes Notes client via automation or just communicating with the SMTP Server using wwipstuff method..?
What do you think ?
