It will works almost like I´ve been done, with the difference that I´ll expose my objects as web services, instead of COM.

I´ll go to the C# track too... could you tell me where I can find some good samples of using a web service in ASP.NET with C#?

Add a web reference in your ASP.net project to the web service WDSL, and you can work with your web service just like it was a native object. I'm very happy with this combination.
