Hi everyone....

I have a form with disabled controls. However, I sometimes dynamicall set the tool tip on controls to explain why the data has changed based on some other actions. Tooltips do not active unless you are in an enabled control. Now, I am thinking there might be a way to use the mouseover event to pick up and activate the tooltiptext. So, any suggestions??
