1. Where could I get the forun about INTL?

2. Does INTL support multi language swapping ? i.e., user is using English by default, later user change the application to chinese. And later on, he change it to other language as well. Could INTL localize it without restart the application?

3. Does INTL search the corresponding string according to the current value set in caption? It meant, if user change the language from English to Chinese, the English string will be the key of searching? If user change it from Chinese to other language as well, the Chinese string will be the key?
