Thanks for the details. Will retry. Have not messed w/ it lately but i believe my problem was severe operator error - i believe i was using the CREATOR and not the CONVERTER.

Regarding the fact that the user will need rights to programmatically create a printer on the workstation in order to use the amyuni product, do u see this as a problem for your users? Are they going to have those rights? Can they have those rights and NOT be an administrator? Would think that would be a showstopper for some shops.
