Hi Nadya,
I do what Jose does. It works out pretty well and I take the zip disks to/from work to work on them at home. I also load it on my home pc so it is backed up again! All of our development pcs have zip drives and it is worth the cost ten times over...

>>>Hi everybody,
>>>
>>>Ok, may be somebody can cheer me up. Yesterday my manager copied DBC directory from Live to Development server and by this action overwrote the changes, I made yesterday in Job Templates, etc. Our Network Administrator tried to restore from Wednesday night backtape (so, my yesterday's work would be gone anyway), but the tape was jummed.
>>>
>>>So, I'm here with nothing... Of course, I have another project to work on, and we found a little bug, which I'm going to chase, but it's still a big disappontment for me. I guess, I have to copy everything to my local disk instead of relying on our normal backups... :(

>>
>>I have always a personal backup with me. I rely on 250M Zip disks and use SmartxChange from LAPLINK to synchronize my ZIP with the hard disk. It's pretty fast and I always have 'a last known good version' at hand.
