Don't really understand what you wish to do but try _SCREEN.WindowState = 0 in the startup program.

>Is there a way to get the Set Sysmenu Automatic to bring up the workspace as a regular window (windowstate of 0) versus having it come up as an expanded window (windowstate of 3) as it currently does. Currently the whole desktop is occupied until the Restore Down button is clicked.
