Ok.. Here is a scenario that I have, it's not the real scenario, but one that illustrates what I'm trying to do. So don't pick on the example :-).

Let's say that I don't want the buttons on the main about form to instances of my subclassed buttons, rather than the actual Codebook buttons--because I don't like the font that is chosen. This way, I can control the font, etc of the buttons from MY set of controls.

The problem that I run into is that in order for this to work, I have to alter the actual aboutform from the ccustfrms library.

Now, this sort of makes it so that I can't receive updates to the framework for the about form, because it would replace my buttons if I got a new file.

Am I stuck or what?
