OK,
1. I created table with long name tblMyVeryLongTableName in Access97.
2. Right-Click on the table object and choose Save As/Export.
3. To an external file.
4. Choose ODBC database and press OK.
5. In File Data Sorce screen choose Visual FoxPro Tables (not sharable).dsn and press OK.
6. In Configure Connection screen select free table and specify path, for example C:\ and press OK.
Close Access and open table in VFP. Should be allset at this point.
