I have a dbf file with the fields

Client
Reg_numb
Etc.

How can I make a simple letter using the variables (fields)
to a txt field of the same record.
The letter will be the body of a e-mail

Your postage is already on the way
Your registration number is (reg_numb)

I would like if possible, to control which line to
put the phrase, in order not to mess the letter.
