Thanks! Finally can do what we've to do: A totally silent install that can be "pushed" by our sysadmin to our W2K client PCs, and installed/available for "All Users" who log onto that machine. Here's the command line that _should_ work (I know the silent install part works):

MsiExec.exe /I project.msi ALLUSERS=2 /qn
